Privacy policy
This page explains what information EclaLab LLC ("EclaLab", "we") collects through eclalab.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, shipping address and order details. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you join our email list: your email address and, if you tell us, whether you have a dog, a cat or both.
- When you browse: basic technical information such as pages viewed, the site that referred you, browser type and approximate location. We may use an analytics service, such as Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect this.
- When you write to us: whatever you include in your message.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order.
- To send emails you signed up for. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the store, and only as far as they need it: our payment processor (Stripe), our website host and form provider (Netlify), shipping carriers and label services, our email provider, and analytics providers. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep your email on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
Your choices
