Shipping & returns

Plain answers on cost, timing and what happens if something isn't right.

Shipping

• Where we ship: US addresses only for now.
• When it ships: within 1–2 business days of your order, from within the US.
• How long it takes: most orders arrive 2–5 business days after they ship.

Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay.

The Happy Pet Promise

We want every pet to enjoy Cod Bites, and we stand behind every jar. Some pets are cautious with new treats at first. Try a smaller piece, or crumble a bite over their regular food: most pets come around by the second or third try.

If something still isn't right, email hello@eclalab.com within 30 days of delivery with your order details and a short description of what happened. We read every message and review each request individually.

Returns

Cod Bites are a food product, so for safety reasons we can't accept returns of opened jars. Unopened jars in their original seal can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us first and we'll send the return address. Return postage is paid by the customer.

Damaged, wrong or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, write to us and we'll sort it out.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Order changes

Need to fix an address or cancel? Email us as soon as you can. We can change or cancel an order until it ships.
